Are you Frustrated? icloud photo upload stuck at 1 percent? We know it so frustrating issue. After icloud photo sync on unable to upload our library. It stuck at 1 percent.  Lots of solution tried but never get from this issue. We found the solution. Go trough below steps you will get rid from this problem.

1. Download the google Photos.

2. Upload all photos to google Photos.

3. After sync done with Google photos go to your iphone photos.

4. Delete your iphone photos from library and Recently deleted.

5. Check icloud photo sync is on.

6. Now take a new picture.

7. You will see that photo will uploaded successfully.

8. Now if you want to restore your deleted photos then go to Google Photos.

9. Select the google photos and Click on Save to my photos.
